This can be a great option for getting a discounted rate with buying in bulk. It also gives you the opportunity to team up with family, friends and neighbors to go in on these bigger bulk order options.
You will be able to request exactly what you want out of each animal.
PLUS at a DISCOUNT!!
There is a limited amount of animals and when they are gone, they are gone.
How this will work:
- We will charge by the hanging weight of the animal PLUS processing fees
- The processor will call you to figure out the cutting order (This gives you the opportunity to stock up on all of your favorite cuts. Ex. Bacon, Brats, Chops, Ham etc.)
- Once your animal is finished we will coordinate with you a delivery/pickup/drop-off location
Average hanging weight for a pig is 300+/- lbs.
Costs for hanging weight:
Whole: $2/lb
Half: $2.25/lb
1/4: $2.50/lb
