- (1) Beef Chuck Roast
- (1/2) Onion
- (4 large carrots) Chopped Carrots
- (4 Large potatoes) Cubed Potatoes
- (lightly coat the whole roast) Roast/Steak Rub
- (add enough for taste) Salt & Pepper
- (2 cups) Water
Place your roast in the crockpot and sprinkle your favorite roast seasoning on top. Rub the seasoning in and then add salt and pepper for taste. If you choose to add onions place them on top of the roast for flavoring. Spread your chopped carrots and potatoes around the roast. Add your 2 cups of water to the roast. This water should be about 1 inch-1.5 inches in the bottom of your crockpot. Place the lid on and set the roast on low for about 8 hours depending on your crockpot. Enjoy!
